PAYMENTS
Payment for course, workshops and sessions is required in full in advance or in agreement/contract to secure the places booked.
Any places booked but not paid for either over the phone or by transfer within a reasonable period maybe lost.
Payment for treatments, workshop and sessions are invoiced at the start of the session/course/intervention
Any business, organization or corporation may either be paid monthly or in full no later than the end of the session/intervention/course or in agreement with the Practitioner that applies a 30-day payment.
All bookings are paid in advanced will be taken to secure the place(s) sessions/workshop/programme.
Acceptable forms of payment. We accept cash, payment by PayPal and BACS. All bank transfer, Revolut and Wise.
CANCELLATION
One or more sessions.
We would ask all clients to inform us in the event that they cannot make one of the sessions even if this is on the day of the session itself. When a client has informed us that a session will be missed, we will advise the client of any alternative dates available to complete the missed session. Catch-up sessions can be offered at no extra charge but if the only available catch-up session is after the end of a client’s intervention, we reserve the right to charge £30 per session to make the catch-up place available.
In the event that a session is missed without prior notification we may not be able to offer the client alternative dates and any catch-up classes. If we can offer a catch-up class, it will be on the same basis as above.
Whole Course.
If after the commencement of the course the client subsequently cancels the remainder of the course the Mind Body Energy Practitioner will offer the client a credit towards any other courses/workshops or session(s) on the following basis. The credited amount will be the amount originally paid less the cost of any consultation and classes attended. We also reserve the right to deduct the cost of any classes missed without notification and a small admin charge to cover the cost of any notes/handouts.
One or more sessions:
We would ask all clients to inform us in the event that they cannot make one or more of the sessions even if this is on the day of the session itself. When a client has informed us that a session will be missed, we will advise the client of any alternative dates available to complete the missed session. Catch-up sessions may one or more of our skills classes and may not be precisely the same as the missed course (this will be explained at the time). Catch-up sessions can be offered at no extra charge (as long as this does not include any additional sessions to the 4 originally paid for).
In the event that a session is missed without prior notification we may not be able to offer the client alternative dates and any catch-up sessions. If we can offer a catch-up, it will be on the same basis as above.
Whole Course.
If prior to the commencement of the course, but after payment of any deposit, the client cancels the session/course/intervention Mind Body Energy Practitioner will offer a full refund or credit of the deposit amount as long as the cancellation is received a minimum of 1 week prior to the first session. For cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the start of the session/course/intervention, deposits will only be refunded in the event that the place(s) cancelled can be resold.
If after the commencement of the session/course/intervention the client subsequently cancels the remainder of the course the Mind Body Energy Practitioner will offer the client a credit towards any other courses/workshops or session(s) on the following basis.
We also reserve the right to deduct the cost of any sessions/course/intervention missed without notification and a small admin charge to cover the cost of any notes/handouts.
Mind Body Energy Practitioner undertakes to keep all adults and services fully informed about this possibility prior to any final decision.
We request 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the talk would not qualify for a refund.
Where a service(s) is paying Mind Body Energy Practitioner directly for a talk (notwithstanding the fact that the service in turn may be charging participants) we request 7 days’ notice of cancellation by the service.
If Mind Body Energy Practitioner cancels the event all deposits will be refunded.
PROGRAMME ALTERATION
Mind Body Energy Practitioner reserves the right to time modify the contents of courses, workshops, and session from time to time as we introduce new ideas into the courses. Also reserve the right to tailor any session to meet the needs of the participants.
Mind Body Energy Practitioner is also committed to implementing an effective programme for each organization/company/family. Occasionally, this may result in us recommending an alteration to the agreed programme. This may require an increase of fees. The alteration of the programme will not take place without the agreement of the client, but Christine Widdowson reserves the right to cancel the agreed unaltered programme if we feel that the clients’ needs will not be best served by it. In these circumstances the above terms relating to cancellations and refunds will apply.
DAMAGE
Any damage caused by a client, or the child of a client or cleaning required as a result of a client’s actions or the actions of a client’s child to the property of Christine Widdowson or the property of any third party while on the premises of Christine Widdowson will be charged at full cost to the client.
LIABILITY
Christine Widdowson accepts no responsibility for the possessions of clients, or their children brought on to the premises.

All Consultant, Practitioner / Mediators are required to adhere to a Code of Practice in relation to; Child and Family Practitioner/Consultants, Family Mediation, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Respect and Dignity, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Complaints and Compliments and Data Protection.
The Governing bodies/ Code of Practice outlines the aims, objectives and scope of The Code also details the general principles of consultants, practitioner/family mediation as well as the training and conduct standards which can be expected from all Consultants, Practitioners/Mediators.

The services provided are committed to providing all our clients with the highest possible service and treating all personal details supplied by you in the strictest confidence. We only collect information provided by the client and do not share this information with any other organization or person. We adhere to data protection guidelines, private information are kept in random place in accordance with data protection.
Visitors to our website can provide contact details via forms available on the site. This information can only be accessed by Christine Widdowson and will only be used in accordance with GDPR Privacy Policy.
Any credit card information provided by clients is deleted after the product or service has been delivered.
